The picture above is taken from Steve Curry's webcam which can be accessed by clicking on the left green box above.The ice went out Friday evening April 2, 2010. This is the earliest ice-out date we have. (Our records begin in 1966.) The winds came up after 8:00 PM and everything went out. The next earliest ice-out date was April 7, 1998. The latest ice-out date was May 25, 1989.
