We live on Spring Lake in Prior Lake with the love of my life, Mark, and our three beautiful children, Janel, Jonathan and Jacquelynn. We have a golden retriever named Julie. We purchased the former “Terry’s Lake Club” in 1992. Mark has worked hard over the years rebuilding our beautiful home and it continues to be “work in progress.” We love the serenity of the water and the convenience of being close to the cities. I am a results-driven professional with a successful track record in entrepreneurial endeavors and project management. Able to work under pressure in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments. Experienced in analyzing and streamlining systems and operations to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency. Proven ability to manage projects from planning through execution. Self confident and composed in interactions across all business hierarchies; a persuasive communicator and assertive negotiator with strong deal - closing abilities. I have an extensive business background in sales, management and small business ownership. I have an Individualized Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship/Small Business and have been an entrepreneur since 1997. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1991. I am also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and own and operate Top Notch Realty. Most importantly, I am committed to giving back to the community. Whether it be a cash donation, sponsorship, teach a skill, or active participant, I am dedicated. I accepted the position as President of the Spring Lake Association because I believe I have the knowledge, experience, and dedication/commitment to work as a team with the all the members of the Association who are committed to working together to improve, preserve and protect Spring Lake. I’m always only a phone call away and will do my best to answer your questions or find the means to do so.

Water is my passion!  Since I was a child I have always loved the water.  There is something about the sight, smell, sound feel that makes me want to be surrounded by it each and every day.  I am a life long Minnesota resident and have lived on Spring lake for the last six years.  My passion is fishing!  If I am not operating my small business there is a good chance that you will see me on Spring lake with a pole in my hand wetting a line. I am dedicated to the quality of water that we are surrounded by and the eco system that it supports.  I believe that its preservation should be taken very seriously so that may generations in the future can enjoy it the same way that I do.  That is why I have volunteered to help with the spring lake association

My wife Jackie and I moved back to Minnesota after 16years of being away. Our primary motivation for moving back was to be closer to our family and friends but particularly wanted to see our grandson grow up. Six months ago Lisa Rizzo, a friend for over nineteen years, informed us of a home for sale on Spring Lake. My wife and I fell in love with the house and the surroundings and decided to call Spring Lake our home. Since we have been here, we have taken full advantage of the lake and have met some really nice neighbors. I have spent most of my life around a lake and believe that a strong commitment to its existence will serve to enhance this natural resource. I am honored to be associated with the current Spring Lake Association Group and feel that this group will make a difference. My capacity as the Director of Communications will allow me the opportunity to keep members informed via the Spring Lake Association Web Site.
