Membership meetings are generally held twice per year
and are open to the public.


Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings are generally held several times per year. 

Dates of meetings are posted in a timely
manner on this web site. 

Members may attend meetings of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.  The president should be notified
of a member's intent to attend prior to the
