Lake Association Officers Update Form. This form is used by Lake Association COLA Representatives to provide contact information, so that communications regarding Lake Monitoring, Environmental Concerns, meeting agendas and minutes, and other can reach member associations in a timely manner. Completed forms can be either brought to a meeting, or mailed to: Secretary, Becker County COLA, P.O. Box 1553, Detroit Lakes, MN 56502.

Restore the Shore Tree Order Form.  This form is distributed by the Lake Association's designated Tree Order representative to interested members in the Lake Association to document tree orders. Completed forms with be returned to the Lake Association rep., who will consolidate the total orders for the lake on one form, then return that to the COLA Restore the Shore committee chair person. The completed form can be either brought to a meeting, or mailed to: Restore the Shore Chairperson, Becker County COLA, P.O. Box 1553, Detroit Lakes, MN 56502.
